At Doc Savvy we will type your paperwork with care and expertise

As a former family law clerk, I have firsthand experience of how overwhelming and stressful the court process can be. The forms and process itself can be extraordinarily complex and difficult for a self-represented litigant. Adhering to court rules regarding deadlines, requirements, and formatting can send someone into further despair. When I first started in this field I, like yourself, had no idea how to complete court paperwork which made me intimated and lost.
I have seen the emotional toll this process can take on individuals who just want what is best for themselves and their family. Every day I would see errors in paperwork and the absence of crucial steps in the process as I reviewed form after form; and every day I would see the frustrations and range of emotions those errors and oversights would cause. Due to my position, I was restricted in the ways I could help. I felt helpless like so many others who just needed guidance. I wanted to do more to help my community, so I took a leap of faith and left my position in 2026 to follow my dream and open my own document prep business specializing in family court paperwork. That dream I now call Doc Savvy.
Now, with over 10 years of experience with court forms, I have the skills and knowledge to confidently prepare your documents for your court filings. While I am not an attorney, and still restricted from giving legal advice, I have gained the ability to help beyond my previous measure and position. I know you have options when it comes to who you hire to help navigate your legal journey; that's why Doc Savvy is your ideal aid because we come with the advantage of prior work experience within the walls of the court.
I will always be honest and straight forward when providing communication, which can be refreshing and not easy to come by in a world full of smoke and mirrors. It is true, yes; you may be able to do this yourself without an attorney, however, in my experience self-represented litigants always struggle throughout the process from beginning to end. You can have peace of mind knowing your forms will be prepared with pride and precision. Start your next step off right and experience a smooth journey to your new life with Doc Savvy. Thank you for choosing us.

The following prices listed are for our typing and preparation services only and are in addition to your required court filing fees. A court fee waiver will not waive our service fees.
All prices subject to change without notice and can vary depending on the forms needed. I have the right to assess fees accordingly.
